What is JBN Global Support?

JBN Global Support connects 25 pages with client notes, consultation requests, therapy referrals, session surveys, and online provider guidance resources.

A coordinated whole-life support platform. One team — coach, counselor, strategist — built around the whole of you, in English.

Who is JBN Global for?

Anyone navigating a transition, or carrying more than one thing at once — career, relationships, finances, emotional health, purpose, faith. If your life isn't arriving in pieces, neither should your support.

No. JBN Global provides non-clinical coaching, counseling, and strategic guidance. For active JBN Global clients, JBN's private Care Navigation process may help coordinate next steps within the JBN experience when additional support or a transition may be needed. Care Navigation is available privately within the client portal and is not a public referral, emergency, or clinical-care service.

Do I choose my own providers?

Not directly. The matching engine pairs you with the providers best suited to your moment. You meet your team after matching.

Pricing depends on the combination of providers and pathways in your plan. Your guide walks you through the options after your assessment — no surprise packages.

English, throughout — assessment, matching, and sessions.

Six life areas — emotional & mental health, relationships, finances, direction & purpose, career & leadership, and faith & spiritual — plus two questions on your readiness to begin.

No. It's a guided reflection that creates a weighted starting profile, not a clinical diagnosis.

Are my answers private?

Yes. Your responses are never shared without your consent.

Can I pause and come back?

The assessment is best completed in one sitting. You can start again any time, and your guide can walk you through anything that's unclear.

What is a Pathway Profile?

A personal summary of which pathways are most active for you right now, your overall intensity, and your readiness to begin.

Exploratory, Single Pathway, Core Aligned, and Whole-Life Coordinated — based on how many pathways are active and how they overlap.

Why only my top three?

We surface your three highest-priority pathways so you can focus clearly. The full picture is always available to your team.

Can I share my profile?

Yes — print or save your profile and bring it to your consultation.

You receive a recommended team matched to your profile, and a guide reaches out to align timing and your first steps.

What if my needs change?

Your plan moves with you. Your team coordinates as life changes — nothing is set in stone.

No. An exploratory conversation is a gentle first step, with no commitment required.

What makes JBN Global different?

One team, one picture, one plan — across the whole of your life, not one fragment of it.

How do I contact you?

Through the contact page. We respond within 4 hours, 7 days a week.

Does JBN accept self-issued certificates or short weekend programs?

No. JBN requires a verified, rigorous professional foundation. Self-issued certificates, unaccredited short programs, or certifications issued by a provider's own business entity do not fulfill our credential requirements. Qualifications are verified directly with issuing bodies and licensing boards.

Does JBN Global provide its own certification?

Yes. Every provider must complete mandatory JBN Certification prior to client contact. This platform certification does not replace your primary license or professional credentials; rather, it trains you to deliver services safely within JBN's operating model.

What services are strictly prohibited on the JBN platform?

JBN is a non-clinical, non-licensed strategic support network. Providers may not deliver psychotherapy, clinical diagnosis, trauma processing, crisis intervention, medical advice, legal counsel, tax preparation, specific investment/securities recommendations, or credit negotiation.

Does a Counselor's clinical license expand their JBN scope?

No. A Counselor's license satisfies an eligibility requirement for specific state pathways, but JBN sessions remain strictly non-clinical. Counselors utilize their clinical background to maintain boundaries and recognize when a client requires an escalation or private Care Navigation within the JBN experience.

How are clients assigned, and can I practice in any state?

Client assignments depend on platform demand, approved provider pathways, state clearance, availability, and specific client needs. Practice clearance is tied directly to the state where the client is physically located during the session.

What happens if my professional status or credentials change?

Providers must formally notify JBN Provider Operations within 5 business days of any material change, including license expiration, board investigations, insurance lapses, address changes, or disciplinary actions. Lapses result in immediate temporary pause of client assignments.
